[Support request] Avery Logo not updating when not logged on wordpress

So i have been trying to replace the avery logo on the header and footer

I have replaced the site logo, remove/add retina.

I have also enabled mobile header

I can see the logo changing when i viewed it on appearance>customize and switching between desktop/mobile

However when i use different browsers and not logged on then it shows the avery logo again both at the top and bottom

Same thing happened when i tried using my phone

Really struggling to find a solution at the moment
