I believe a Tooltip plugin is what you are looking for.
I haven’t used any myself but maybe this one?

NO, don’t need another plugin…i have already searched plugins before writing you but I thought it could be possible via adding few php lines of code so you ppl can help.
Unfortunately that’s not possible without a custom solution.
