So I tried uploading a site from site-library and all I got was a white page with some “failed” blocks. I came to the forum and saw some suggestions and tweaks. I followed all the steps(at least I think so 🙁 ) and I’m still nowhere near the solution.
To be more specific of what I did:
-I changed the PHP config from my hosting as specified by Leo I think.
– also added” define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);” to wp-config.Customer Support

was the site a clean install with no other plugins installed ?
No, not exactly, I had a few plugins installed.
I had reset my wp website from a custom website that I had built earlier, so I had few plugins installed. My website was completely clean and new after I reset it tho.Can you try running the install without any plugins, apart from GP Premium, activated?
Yes did that, still the same.
I tried installing just the theme and it’s working, but the demo content is not getting loaded.

Hi there,
When you run the importer and it fails, can you right-click + Inspect the page and see if there are any errors in the “Console” tab?
Also, is there anything else in the error_log at all?
If you check your
wp-content/uploadsfolder (and current month if set), do you see thecontent-x.xmlfiles? If so, is the code inside them readable?Hey Tom, I don’t know if you guys did something or not.
