Hi there,
can you disable the Critical CSS function in your optimization plugin. As it there is some CSS that is setting the list-styles to none, and i cannot see where that is coming from with that option enabled.
I don’t know where is that sorry I uninstall the simple CSS delete all CSS on Additional CSS. Still not working
Do you have a Litespeed Plugin in your Dashboard > Plugins ?

Can you check with your host on how to disable the Critical CSS option ?
When I disable this Ezoic Leap the ol and ul works, I will try to ask also about Critical CSS.
Whatever optimization Ezoic is doing its messing with the order of the CSS… Check with Ezoic to see if they have a solution for that.
