I have two pages built using Elementor’s theme builder. I can’t see where to edit this title tag and meta description content that shows up in Google – I’ve asked Elementor support and Rank Math support without luck.
Is this something Generate Press handles?

That’s strange. Rankmath should’ve recommended this.
https://share.getcloudapp.com/7KuPw9kyIt’s a feature of their plugin, this allows you to modify the title tag and the meta description.
