I am looking through all your documentation links to find out how to customize the Stream theme and I am really struggling to find what I need. Do you have documentation specific to Stream theme that I can work through to make all the changes required?
I can’t even find where to change the background images and even though I have been through every colour option, I also can’t find where to change the yellow text etc etc. I would be so grateful if I could just work through a document from top to bottom and make all the adjustments that I need to make if that is possible?

We don’t have a specific documentation for each site unfortunately but we are happy to talk you through.
Are you referring to the home page here?
If so you can edit those in the content using the block editor:

Thank you so much. This is a huge help! I see though that sometimes like on the Episodes Page that if I look at it in Block editor mode or in customizer mode, I see 2 different things.

I therefore don’t always have the option to use Block editor. Why is that?

Maybe if I can explain it here. If I click on pages and edit the page and go to my podcasts page – All I can see is Podcast Episodes written in the top left, Listen our latest podcasts below, [wp_show_posts id=”4419″] below that and then the podcast icon and Subscribe text below. There are no images or anything that you would normally see in the episodes page so it is difficult to edit it.
If I go out of this and click on appearance, customize, and click on the episodes page, the page is all showing correctly but now I can’t get into the block editor as I can only edit with what I guess is the classic editor. Is there a way to get into block editor from here or how can I edit this screen as all I have is the list on the left of Site Identity, Layout, Colours, Typography, General, Menus, Widgets etc.
I’d really appreciate your help. I am getting there though so thank you for all your help and patience.
I love the block editor as it is so easy to use but you have to be able to see the page as it should look with images and everything to use it and I think I am doing something wrong here.

do you have the Classic Editor plugin installed ?
I didn’t add it in. I thought it came as a part of WordPress. Should I find and add it?
Gutenburg should be the default editor of WordPress nowadays, therefore some people installed the classic editor plugin in order to access the classic editor.
If you don’t have the classic editor plugin installed, may I ask what’s your WP version?

It’s version 5.7.1. It could be installed? I can’t see it in the Plugins. Where would I find it? If I have it installed can you then just switch between the 2?
Otherwise maybe I am not understanding how to edit when I am in Customize instead of by page and then Edit. Even so surely I should see the same on the page no matter which way I go in to edit?Then can you make sure the Generateblocks plugin is activated?
If so, could you provide admin access so we can have a look at the backend?

Maybe try a different device or browser?

Hi Thank you for looking at that and yes the first page is fine ie the Home page but did you managed to check the Episodes page both ways ie through customize and also Page, Edit?
