Hi

The logo in the header of my site is not displaying in either mobile or tablet mode, although it is displaying in desktop mode.

I’ve tried doing multiply things e.g. reloading the logo etc but it still isn’t displaying.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there,

the issue is with the Retina logo – can you add and remove a logo for the Site Identity > Retina Logo.

Your help is much appreciated, it’s displaying now.

I had tried everything bar the retina logo.

Can you please explain to me the function of the retina logo, and do you need both?

The Retina Logo allows you to upload an image that is twice the size of the original – this is for display on Retina (x2 HD) screen devices. Its not really required today – if you original logo looks good.
