Page Header add-on suggestion

Hi Tom,

I don´t know if this has been suggested before, but I would love to have an option in the page header add-on to display the content title and the meta-data inside of the page/post-header.

Also it would be great to have an additional placement option for the page-header. Above the main content but not above the sidebar.

Like what happens if you put an image in the generate_inside_container hook. That way it would be possible to display the page header/post-image as a separate element and not contained within the article itself.

See the Linked in about page as an example of what i mean.
