Can you point me in the right direction, Iād like to decrease the size of the font of the post title when viewed on a mobile device.

Glad to hear that.
As a note you can change them in the Customizer > Typography > Headings .
For the Single Post >>Single Content Title (H1)
For the Archive post title >>Archive Content Title (H2)Both of them have mobile font size options.
