[Support request] Header Element width and padding

I’m trying to add a header element that would look exactly like the block I’m using in my front page but even with the header element settings on Container : Full Width and Inner Container : Full Width, I’m not getting the desired results not on desktop or mobile . here is the page example with the header element , in the front page I used a block and in the page example it is a header element for all pages excluding front page. (page example and front page are included in the private information) . I want to go full width with the header element like the block in the front page and I want to get rid of the empty space between the header element and the logo and navigation bar (for both mobile and desktop).
