Good morning.
I would like to create a SIMPLE website that I can create without Guttenberg/Generate Blocks, etc. I don’t want this to be a blog. Just a HOME page with a simple menu that takes you to a few different pages. The various websites displayed in the Site Library seem to be too complicated and overkill for what I want to accomplish. I’d appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

Hi there,
any of the Sites can repurposed and you can simple disable the Blog if its not required in Dashboard > Settings > Reading by setting the Home Page to a static page and not setting a page for your latest posts.
Maybe the Classic site in the Library is best for your purposes?
