Nick
Hi – Am just configuring the mobile menu bar and there seems to be a vertical alignment issue going on when < 768px. The screenshot shows the issue clearly and link is below. Could you help on this please?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
I’m seeing something weird going on in your site.
The mobile header color isn’t filling the entire mobile header height:
https://www.screencast.com/t/GyP6xSz02Can you disable all your custom CSS so I can have a cleaner look?

thanks Leo – custom css all removed

StaffCustomer SupportCan you try re-cropping the mobile header logo so there isn’t that much extra padding on the right?

thanks Leo…it is an svg being used with no padding to the right…see screenshot below

StaffCustomer SupportThat’s not what I’m seeing:
https://www.screencast.com/t/xhrbOINokZbAre you sure that image you are showing is uploaded as the mobile header logo?

We only have one white svg image on the server (See screenshot), however have removed it and re-added the mobile header image (see other screenshot).

StaffCustomer SupportI’ve hard cleared my browser cache a couple of times but the image you are showing is definitely not what I’m seeing in the live site:
https://www.screencast.com/t/Q2QBs2IemsAre you using any caching plugins or server caching?
December 13, 2020 at 12:39 pm #1579007Nick
that is strange, screenshot of what I’m seeing is below. No caching is enabled.

StaffCustomer SupportYeah I tried the browser incognito mode as well.
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test first?

Have done as requested. To note, when I disabled “generateblocks” it seems the issue where the menu bar was not vertically aligned correctly has remedied.

Hi Leo – An update, I believe I have found the issue here. In summary the first generateblocks container on the various pages had a mobile margin of -9px which was covering part of the mobile menu. Thanks for the investigation on this.
