I have previously been able to access the Site Library but today I couldn’t connect to it. I followed all the support documentation https://docs.generatepress.com/article/site-library-unavailable/ and then contacted my hosting company.

They have replied with the following:

There are no errors related to mod security or PHP limits about this case. I’ve checked the IP where gpsites.co is hosted and I think I found the core of the error – https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a178.128.151.156&run=toolpage
As you can see, the IP used by gpsites.co is blacklisted in 2 of the largest RBL’s worldwide which are used by our firewall to prevent any abusive activity to our server from the known addresses listed there. Sadly, we can’t remove this block on a shared server as it will cause a huge security issue for all users on it including you and your websites. The same IP address appears here too – http://darklist.de/view.php?ip=178.128.151.156

I suggest you contact the support of this plugin and request assistance from them about delisting their own address from these RBL’s as many of their customers are facing this issue as we speak.

Can anyone confirm this? Or can GP delist their IP from these blacklists?

    Hi there,

That’s very strange – can you try again now? Be sure to click “Refresh Sites” at the bottom of the Site Library list first.

    Let me know 🙂

Okay, I’ve just checked and the Site Library is back!

I’m not sure what the main issue was then, but it’s working now. Thanks.
