Could you disable all your cache plugins, and do a test?Let me know, thanks!
Clearing the cache fixes, but I have to do it constantly so it always looks good.
You could try turning on/off the settings within your cache plugin, and try to identify which setting is causing the issue.
You could also check with the plugin support, as I assume they have seen this issue from time to time.
