Hi there,
Since a couple of days, the Flowplayer plugin is giving me an error on the page.
It says the following:
Please enable JavaScript Admin JavaScript warning:I’m sorry, your JavaScript appears to be broken. Please use “Check template” in plugin settings, read our troubleshooting guide, troubleshooting guide for programmers or order our pro support and we will get it fixed for you. Video Checker Admin: Checking the video file… Enter your comment Technical info Plugin version: …
The “check template” functionality does not do anything. Could this have something to do with an update of the Generatepress theme?
At the same time my WPBakery page builder stopped working. These same related. I updated everything to the latest version.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
the video player is working for me. Can you check to make sure you don’t have any browser extensions that block javascripts – such as ad blockers.

Hi David,
That’s correct, the video is working.
But on the blog overview page you can see the post starts with: Please enable JavaScript. If you inspect element you can see the rest of the error 🙂

StaffCustomer SupportLooks like the flow players script is being pulled in as post content, and therefore appears inside the excerpt. Not sure theres an easy way to stop that from happening. How about using a Manual Excerpt for that post ?

It seems like it has something to do with the WPBakery builder. Since a couple of days I am not able to open content anymore with the page builder, on any page. Everything updated to latest version.
Have you seen this before in combination with generatepress?

StaffCustomer SupportHave you tested with all plugins disabled except WP Bakery?
Are you able to check with WP Bakery’s support team first if they can help to identify the issue or heard of this?
Let me know 🙂

Seems like the WPBakery problem has solved itself. Probably by an automatic update. I’m happy for now, thanks 🙂
