    Hi!
I created a hook to show related articles in my posts, and it works perfectly in the desktop version but not in the mobile view.

    Hi there,

Can you guide me to the specific page in question?

    Hi,

I’m not sure I see what you mean.

I’ve checked your page and I don’t see any “Related post” block or section within the single post page as shown here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jruq7XDd

Perhaps you meant the post navigation?

    Let us know.

Elvin, it is not working properly and I dont know why!! And also I’d like to know if it is possible to use GP Hooks and WP Show Posts Pro to display related posts by Tags?

Here another example! I can see at the bottom of the page the related posts with pic and text: https://www.andurrianteblog.com/que-ver-y-hacer-en-el-hierro-en-un-fin-de-semana/ But not in the mobile version šŸ™

Yes you should be able to use PHP/shortcode in tandem with GP hooks. You can place some sort of related post plugin script or shortcode on a Hook Element and hook it to your single post’s generate_after_content.

However, doing this with WPSP is going to be tricky as WPSP isn’t exactly created for this kind of thing.

But it is possible. Here’s an attempt of it: https://wpshowposts.com/support/topic/related-post/

If its too tedious, consider using YARP – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/yet-another-related-posts-plugin/

It is what I did because in the WPSP tutorial they explain how to do it so I dont know why is considered tricky…

So the problem is not the plugin itself, it is the fact that the hook element just work in the desktop version and not in the mobile…

    Hi there,

Hooks should work on whatever device. Try clearing any server, plugin and browser caches to make sure you’re not seeing a cached page.
