Hi, I have a site with WordPress RC 4.4 to test it. I installed the last GP Premium 1.2.75 plugin today. In the site with WP 4.4 the author name appeared in the main menu.
The same site has no problem with WP 4.3.1 and the last GP plugin.
You can see your see the problem yourself, look above “about me “, you can see the name inside the black area of the munu. http://en.yourcopywriter.it/
If I disable gp premium the problem disappear, the author name disappear from the main menu.
In the previous version of GP premium, everything was OK even with WP 4.4.

Do you have a Menu Logo set in “Customize > Menu Plus”? If so, you can remove it if you’re not using the sticky menu.
I’ll make the adjustment so it doesn’t try and show up if the sticky menu is disabled right now.

The update with the fix is now released 🙂
hi Tom, Menu plus has no image selected, I have double checked now.
But I disable menu plus and the problem disappeared. So the problem is in menu plus.
Now, with the last update 76, the problem disappeared even with Menu plus activated.
