    Hi Guys,

I need to add the skip-lazy class to some of my images. I’m using GenerateBlocks and for some reason the class isn’t coming through for the image, just the div. What’s the best solution?

    Many thanks,

    Oisín.

    Hi there,

Any chance you can link us to the site in question?

You can use the private information field.

    Let me know 🙂

Hi Leo, apologies. I sent it off without checking first.

Which image are you referring to?

Can you clear and disable WP Rockets and any other caching related plugin for now?

    Hi Leo,

I need to do it for all above the fold images on every page on my site. You can see the picture of me above the fold on that page.

Both Autoptimize and WP-Rocket are now disabled.

    Thanks,

    Oisín.

Where are you adding the no-lazy class?

I click image within Generate Blocks and then go to the advanced dropdown over on the right and then add skip-lazy in there

Hmm I just tested and looks like the Additional CSS class(es) field for the image block only adds the class to the image container but not the image itself.

The image block is a WordPress block so unfortunately the theme itself has no control over it.

Can you check with WP Rocket’s support team to see if they have any recommendation in this case?

I’d assume that they’ve dealt with the issue before.
