I’m interested in creating a sub-navigation that appears alongside selected posts. It will be a sticky navigation, and the entries will link to separate post URLs. Here’s a good example of what I’m trying to achieve:

It’s similar to a table of contents, but with the differences noted above.
I realize there’s probably not a simple solution for this, but can you recommend an approach to help get me started?
