Hello,
I would like to add some additional text and links to the 404 error page that is inherent with my theme.
It currently states:
Oops! That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try searching?Can you let me know where I would find this on the dashboard please?

I would like to add additional text to this page with links to articles on my blog etc., but I’m not sure where the Page Not Found code lives.

You can consider using hooks or block element to add in content and use the
404 templatein the display rules:
