The pagination should show by default.
The page you linked is a category archive for the Blog category. Do you actually have more posts under that category?
yes, I have 20 posts but only 9 posts are shown on the blog page.
setting>reading>Blog pages show at most also not working.
in theme, customization blog>Use infinite scroll and >Use button to load more posts also tick but its also not working.Just to make sure, this page:

https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-reading-screen/It’s a category archive showing all posts that are in the Blog category.
Are all of your 20 posts under the category named Blog?
now all my 20 blogs are in blog category and in theme customization blog>Use infinite scroll and >Use button to load more posts also tick and now it’s working Load more as well as after unticking this option pagination also show. Thanks, a lot
