ThanksIf you’re using a GP Hook Element to add the shortcode make sure to Check Execute Shortcodes.
Hi tried. I add a gp hook element, I copy only the shortcode and check execute shortcode (I choose the after content position).
In the old post I see the shortcode, in the new post it works perfectly.I must add some other code in the hook ?
In Appearance > GP Social Settings > Settings Tab – select the Disable Hook option.
Yes, I disable. The problem is always present. I also disable e reactivate plugin
I can see the shortcode on the pages, are you should you have checked Execute Shortcodes?

Strange, I wonder if you have a plugin that is breaking shortcodes. Can you try disabling your other plugins just to test?
