Zoho web forms - web-to-lead

Does anyone have any experience with Zoho web forms?
My goal - To have the same signup form on every page on my web site. When someone signs up for the newsletter, Zoho will create a lead.
I downloaded, and installed, the Zoho web forms plugin. Question:
How can I put this form (plugin) on the site so it shows up on each page without my having to do it for each page? Is it done in Customizing -> Layout -> Sidebars? If so, which selection in the dropdown?
Or, is something like this done as a widget?
Sorry, for a newbie question. I looked at the documentation and still do not see it. Thanks for your help.
Hi there,
Not familiar with the plugin.
Does the plugin have any instructions on how to add it in? is it using widgets or code etc?
I honestly do not know the difference between a widget and a plugin. AFter installation, I see where I can add the code on each page. Again, I only want to add it once and have the form appear on every page. Is that the purpose of a sidebar? Thank you for your repsonse.
This is what I have for a description:
http://23c.1c7.myftpupload.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=zoho-forms&TB_iframe=true&width=772&height=889
That depends on where you want the form to appear.
If you add it in sidebar then it would show up in sidebar.
The link you provided need admin access.
Is the form in widget or actual code?
You can upload the picture to a site like this in the future and provide the direct link here: https://postimages.org/
If sidebar is where you want the form to appear then give it a shot.
