Hiya,
Not sure if I've missed it – but is there a way to add a youtube share button to the footer?
I can't seem to find it here: https://i.imgur.com/nrNtRh5.png
I saw that Tom has made this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/lightweight-social-icons/ will that help?

Looks like those are both widgets? If so you will need to use the footer bar widget area:

You're right Leo: it is a widget that I'm trying to add to the footer. I just don't understand why there is no youtube social widget.
