YouTube Embed not mobile friendly - according to Google mobile site test

I am having a problem with a site testing as mobile-friendly - but only on pages that have a YouTube embed. I created a test page https://lwvcurry.org/zoom-test/ but you can see the https://lwvcurry.org/2021-unit-zoom-meetings/ page here. Thank you for your help.

The YT Embed block is a WordPress core block and should be responsive by default.
What is the issue you are having or seeing?
Google is showing the page as not mobile-friendly. See https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?utm_source=gws&utm_medium=onebox&utm_campaign=suit&id=PqKlhIfYaw3iDXROUl7ptg

I just checked your site on my phone and it's different than what the test preview shows.
Are you using any caching or optimizing plugins?
Can you try disabling them first?
I do not have any caching or optimizing plugins.
Strange. Any server/hosting level cache?
If not can you disable all plugins except GP premium to give it another test?
I have deactivated all and done some testing. The problem seems to be intermittent. Now I have reactivated all of the plugins and all seems to be fine. Thank you for your help.
