[Support request] Your license key for this purchase has been revoked

Hi Tom,

I got an update advise on WP that there was an update for GP – version 1.4.1 – when clicking update it said “unauthorized” – so I have logged into my account and tried clicking on the .zip and it then says – “Your license key for this purchase has been revoked” – can you please help? Not sure why this has happened.

Can you possibly send any details of your initial purchase through our contact form?: https://generatepress.com/contact/

The email you used, purchase ID, transaction ID etc.. Any of those will help.
