Your license key for this purchase has been revoked

Hi Tom,

I got an update advise on WP that there was an update for GP - version 1.4.1 - when clicking update it said "unauthorized" - so I have logged into my account and tried clicking on the .zip and it then says - "Your license key for this purchase has been revoked" - can you please help? Not sure why this has happened.

Strange - I'm having trouble finding your purchase.

Can you possibly send any details of your initial purchase through our contact form?: https://generatepress.com/contact/

The email you used, purchase ID, transaction ID etc.. Any of those will help.

I have the same problem in my account!

I have send a mail via contact form, but i dont get a answer!

Its not good because i had to work on sites at my clients!
