you can create a menu like this page, I need the first button does not lead to any site as the "Group" of this ejmplo button.

So you're wanting the top level menu item to open a full width sub-menu?
I'm working on an option for a simple mega menu in GP, but it's not ready.
You might benefit from a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/
