[Support request] Wrong Theme size displayed in home page

When I log in and see my home page, the size is normal like this: https://i.imgur.com/Usnldmw.png

It goes wrong size when I log out like this: https://i.imgur.com/VD2rzps.png

(It’s in the same 100%, no zoom in & out)

How to solve this, it bother my readers very much.

I’m not seeing any code from my end that would cause the issue as well.
