Wrong Theme size displayed in home page

When I log in and see my home page, the size is normal like this: https://i.imgur.com/Usnldmw.png

It goes wrong size when I log out like this: https://i.imgur.com/VD2rzps.png

(It's in the same 100%, no zoom in & out)

How to solve this, it bother my readers very much.

Tested with all browser as well.

I'm not seeing any code from my end that would cause the issue as well.
