Wrong Site logo Appears after importing settings from another site

I am doing everything correctly. Setting in the customizer are correct. The moblie primary menu setting are correct. When you see the site in mobile the imported site logo shows up.
- I ran better search and replace.
-Replaced the site image url with the correct one in the database.
-Flushed cache and viewed incognito chrome. firefox, edge and on my android phone and ipad.

My customer is going to be furious with me.

I have 100 sites to rebuild and I really need help on this recurring issue.
