WPML issue on homepage only

Hello and thank you to anyone having a look at this issue.
Yesterday I installed the WMPL plugin on my wordpress installation with a licensed generate press theme.
I enabled three languages and everything is working fine on all the pages except on the homepage.
As you'll be able to see, switching language on the homepage brakes the homepage layout. This issue arises only on the homepage. On any other page switching language does not break the layout.

Hi Tom,
the solution is to switch language on the back office and replicate - for each language - the layout settings which are set on the original language page.
