Hi there, just updating my website and after updating my plugins my website doesn’t display but a critical error message comes up.
Then I cannot configure the GP Premium plugin (message comes up “Sorry you do not have access to this page.”). Nor can I access my GP Theme as I normally do to check my Licence has updated. My website is still active under my GP login. Plus I have carried out and checked all your above actions.
first thing to do is to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict.
If that fails then check the Dashboard > Tools > Site Health.
I see 5 recommended improvements – of which there are: A Scheduled Event had Failed and Your site could not complete a Loopback request. Both of which could be related and something you should raise with your host as they are server level issues.
