WP Site Health Warning: The optional module, intl, is not installed
3 replies · Started by Cathrin on February 25, 2022
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the GeneratePress Premium package and started developing Wordpress sites locally on my computer via Local by Flywheel.
I noticed that I am getting this site health warning on all my websites that I am developing with GeneratePress.
Any guidance on how I should approach this site health warning?

Performance Issue
One or more recommended modules are missing
PHP modules perform most of the tasks on the server that make your site run. Any changes to these must be made by your server administrator.
The WordPress Hosting Team maintains a list of those modules, both recommended and required, in the team handbook (opens in a new tab).
Warning The optional module, intl, is not installed, or has been disabled.

Thank you!

Hi Cathrin,
I don't believe those warnings are directed towards GP - there are no optional modules in GP Premium.
Hi Leo
Thanks for your feedback. Hmm, interesting. I've worked with many themes, but have never gotten this particular notification before. Only on my GP pages.
Can you activate a Twenty series WP theme in the same site and see if the warnings are still there?
The errors don't specifically mention that it's a theme issue.
We haven't had any other reports on this either.
