WP Show Posts strange thing happening/post featuring where it shouldn't

Hi,
Weird one. I have selected post id's for specific pages but for some reason my latest post is being selected to feature in these pages even with just 3 columns/3 posts selected for safe measure. Previous published posts did not do this so unsure where the instruction is coming from.

The Latest Post has been set to Sticky. In the WPSP List More Settings you can check: Ignore sticky posts
