WP Show Posts plugin outdated

Although it seems that the WP Show Posts plugin is outdated - https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/, it is used with several site libraries e.g. Rumor.
1) Is the plugin still actively supported?
2) If yes, when will the latest version will be released - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/very-outdated-plugin/?
3) Is it still needed/required with GenerateBlocks?
Hi there,
1.) The plugin is still supported.
2.) We're trying to release an official version of 1.2.0 but Tom has yet to give any ETA. After this, there's likely another update which is a real big one. Mainly, turning WPSP into a block.
3.) WPSP and GB are separate things. One of them doesn't require the other. They work separately. :D
