WP Show Posts line up

Hi,
I found WP Show Posts and I think this is a really powerful tool to present a bigger amount of posts/pages in a user friendly way.
I created a test page and unfortunally I found titles, images, text and read more buttons not aligned in the columns. Titles may have 1 or 2 rows, text may have 3 or 4 rows, and the result is not really nice.
I'm wondering if it would be possible to define a fixed size for the title, eg. two rows, even if the 2nd rows remains empty, and define 4 rows for the text.
