Hey Guys

I’m now suffering from broken preview issues. Only new WP posts, the old published articles are fine.
All plugins deactivated and no change until i stop GPP.

I’m all up to date with
WP: Up to date with Version 5.8.1
GPP: 2.0.3

Any ideas? Go easy on me as my Dev is sick so he cant help me

Thanks as always

Hi there,

That sounds strange - version 2.0.3 is the latest stable version for a while now and we haven't received any other reports on this.

Just to confirm, the issue is resolved when GP Premium is disabled?

If that's the case, can you disable all modules first and make sure the issue is resolved:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modules

Then reactivate each module and identify the one that's causing the issue.

Please make sure all custom functions and other plugins are disabled while performing the debugging tests.

Hey Leo

The issue isnt resolved, its improved when GPP is disabled.
The preview is 780px wide and showing 3/4 of the article length and 1/4 of the post nav
The post nav should be at the bottom.

I havent changed anything in days.

Its the Elements Module!

The element module itself cannot cause the issue.

So now disable (set it to draft) each element and determine which element is causing the issue.

Ok Thanks Leo

Its the Post Nav Element. Ive disabled, now the preview looks as it should

PLease instruct further

So what did you add in the Post Nav Element?

Maybe it would be good to wait for your developer for him to clarify that?

Nothing. The post nav came with the theme. I Liked it, so left it in.
The post nav simply shows 'next page' or 'previous page' with 2 images.

Nothing has changed recently

Hi there,

can you share a screenshot of the broken preview ?
May need a temporary admin login with a link to the post preview so we can look closer - if you don't mind providing that.
