WP Dashboard merged with transparent Navigation

I"m using one of the GP Site templates that works with Elementor Pro. It was working fine for awhile, but suddenly my WP dashboard is floating transparently underneath the transparent navigation when I visit the site or any page. The top bar where the WP dashboard usually resides, is there but just a blank black bar.
Also, I had icons lined up 3 in a row (2 rows) and now they are misaligned. Editor shows them aligned properly, live does not.

Your description sounds like a caching problems though. Any caching plugins?
Thanks for the reply. I think you would only see the dashboard/menu issue if you were logged in. Is there a good way for me to privately share a login with a team member? I can remove the coming soon for a short while as well if that would be helpful.
No caching plugin. Client has it hosted on a private 4g server with godaddy.
If something works in the backend but not live it's usually caching issue.
Perhaps server caching?
