HI,

Getting a lot of emails with this error, so what does it mean ?? emails are coming quite frequently.

do I need to take any action ??

that looks like its being generated by this plugin:

You would need to check with that plugins author.

i deleted that, i hope it has no relation with dev Gp theme..

Nothing to do with GP. In the screenshot you originally provided you can see in the URL that it was being generated by that plugin.
