Would recent GP update have changed/broken a coded page on my site?

Hi guys,

I recently updated the GP theme, maybe 3-7 days ago.

When I went on my website today I noticed that a coded page had broken, forcing the content of the page downwards. I know this is unlikely to be a result of your recent theme update. However, I wanted to rule this out before exploring other avenues because nothing else has been changed on the site recently.

In the example link seen below, the large black square should have a small equal space top and bottom. Instead, it and the thumbnail block has been pushed down to where it looks as though it is disappearing off the bottom of the page.

Any help greatly appreciated.
