Hello Tom:
This is my first query to GeneratePress Pro that I was doing some adjustments with Elementor in free version.
But going from the WordPress editor to the Elementor editor sends me directly to the frontpage/?elementor” and I do not see the editor. Can you help me? Did I touch anything on the template that disabled it?
From now thank you – JorgeJuly 30, 2017 at 4:29 pm #357273LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Not sure what you mean. Are you looking for GP’s customizer?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/finding-the-customizer/Let us know.
July 31, 2017 at 6:32 am #357470JorgeIt seems that the problem is not with Elementor but it is another because I deactivated it and follow the problem.
When I go to Appareance> Customize instead of viewing the home page, I see the login page in the area where it is edited.
If I change from Chil Theme GP to GP without child the homepage appears but when trying to modify something, warns me: I do not have permissions to make changes.
I return to Chil Theme and the login screen appears, always from Appareance> Customize
I can send you captures of images or allow you to access the front end
Thanks JorgeJuly 31, 2017 at 9:00 am #357585LeoStaffCustomer SupportSorry still not quite sure what the problem is.
Can you try disable all non-GP plugin and see if it works?
You can upload the screenshots to this site and provide the direct link here: https://postimages.org/
July 31, 2017 at 1:37 pm #357736JorgeI put all the plugins disabled and one by one I was activating until I found that the WP Super Caché plugin was causing the problems.
I uninstalled it, as it should be done according to your own recommendation. Now I’ve left the site without a cache. Do you have any recommendations on this? I think I should install it again, or recommend another?
I sent you a screenshot of the problem I had is GPP01.jpg
I’m very grateful to you Leo.

Caching plugins are not necessary. Check out some tips here: https://generatepress.com/fastest-wordpress-theme/

July 31, 2017 at 1:57 pm #357742LeoStaffCustomer SupportSo that happens every time you go to the customizer with WP Super Cache?
The popular caching plugin right now is WP Rocket.
July 31, 2017 at 2:22 pm #357755JorgeIf that happened, WP Super Caché worked together with Autoptimize and I think the cache was very large over 20Mb and it must have had a first reinstallation in its memory.
Rocket Cache is just for payment, I do not have that money for this site, at least until I start producing.
Do you know another? I think I’ll try out W3 Total Caché.July 31, 2017 at 9:20 pm #357853LyleJorge,
I use the free version of Comet Cache on all of my site. It works very nicely with Autoptimize and Async Javascript. And Elementor and GPP. And it is the only cache plugin that I have used that actually clears the cache when instructed to do so 🙂

Cheers!
