Wordpress seems unable of sending emails

Hi,
first of all, all the best for 2022!
Somewhere in November or December, our Wordpress site stopped sending e-mails. I noticed it thanks to the plug-in SmartForms, but now I checked with the plug-in Check & Log Email and I just don't receive the e-mails anymore. Before, it worked splendidly. Do you have any idea what could be going on?

Hi there,
the Theme has no control over forms or the mail handling of WordPress.
How was emails being handled is it through the SmartForms plugin? If so have you checked there support?
