Hi dears,
the wordpress search engine stopped working. Anything with "/?s=" after the url of the site just show an empty screen.
I tried disabling all plugins one by one, it works if I disable the GP Premium plugin.
Can you give me an idea how to fix it? I have a lot of hooks active, it would be a problem to replace all that😥.

Hi there,

GP Premium itself is unlikely the issue here.

Does the issue resolve if you disable the hook and element module?

Hi Leo, many thanks for your answer.
I try disable "disable elements" and "elements" it self, but that not resolve the problem. Sorry my installation is in spanish here screen capture: http://prntscr.com/13waso5

the "blog" one, when is disable, everything works well!

Well, for the moment I lost some preferences that I had set, such as hiding the featured image, now it is duplicated, but it's not a big deal, I'll see how to solve it. My audience is elderly people, they need to be able to find what they are looking for, in addition, not only the searches were not working, but also the access to the blog from the menu.

That is super strange. Can you provide the dashboard access using the private info field?

Please:

- Disable all plugins except GP Premium.

- Activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme.

- Start a staging site if this is live site with traffic so we can do some tests.

Thanks!

OK, Leo, I must waiting for systems guys for clone the site and then I could give you access to developing site.
thank you for your patience!

Sounds good. We will be here.

Can you please disable all plugins except GP Premium and let me know the steps to replicate the issue?

Thanks!

Hi,
I disabled all plugins as you instructed me.
I only left GP Premium active, and now I can't reproduce the error either!
I tried activating and deactivating the "blog" module and it is the same.
For your information, the error occurred when I wanted to do a search with the Wordpress search engine, also if I wanted to access some of the links in the header menu, only those that were for entries, there were no problems with the links to the pages. The error was that any of those actions, a search or a link to an entry, brought a blank page, leaving the sidebar and the header active.
I imagine the problem is in some interaction with another plugin.

thanks in advance for your time!

Really can't see why the blog module would cause an issue like this.

Can you let us know when the issue happen again? Hopefully not :)

Ok Leo,
I will try to find out where the real problem is.
Thank you very much for your time and kindness!
I close this topic for now, see you!

No problem at all :)
