Wordpress plugin for dynamic content

Hi Tom,
Is there such a plugin which can read a text or doc file and display the text on a static webpage, making the webpage like as if it doing dynamic content every time the text file is updated.

Hmm I'm not sure - haven't come across one. Nothing comes up when you Google it?
