[Support request] WordPress LOOP with pages instead of posts

Hi!

Im using Split Theme in one of my projects and I really like it. But I don’t know if there’s a way to display the homepage loop with pages instead of posts. I don’t want to use an Static Page and the Wp Show Post plugin. I try it, but the result was not the same as the original design of the template.

Is there a way to use a code for the purpose?

I’m not too sure what you mean, can you explain a bit more?

If you want to use a static page to display your posts and other content, you’re likely stuck with using a plugin like WP Show Posts unless you manually code a front page template.

Hi! Sorry if i did not make me understand.

In the GP Site Library, I choose the Split template. I really like the desing, but in the Homepage I want to show Pages instead of Post (because I want to use Pages to write my posts).

I mean, in the homepage feed i want to show a Pages feed instead of a Post feed.

Not sure why you would want to use pages to write posts? Generally it’s much easier to write posts using posts so you can take advantage of the built-in WordPress features.

If you insist on using pages, then you will need to use WP Show Posts as Tom suggests to output pages:
