WORDPRESS HACKEADO URGENTE!!!

Buenas tardes
Me han hackeado el wordpress y el servidor IONOS, me dice que han podido entrar por el pluging generatepress premium. Yo lo descargué de esta página y tengo licencia, por lo que entiendo que no es pirata, pero no me deja actualizarlo y ya sospecho. ¿Qué puedo hacer para más seguridad y que no vuelvan a hackearla y no perder toda mi web?
Es urgente.

We are not aware of any vulnerabilities in the plugin.
It's very difficult to tell where a hack originally came from - it could have been another plugin or even another site on your server if it's shared hosting.
When you say it doesn't allow you to update - are you getting a specific error?
