Wordpress comment reply button not appearing

I am attempting to reply to a comment from within the WP dashboard but no reply button appears on the right only a cancel button on the left.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I can see it when logged out but when I am logged in in the dashboard/backend it is not appearing. See HERE

If so we haven't had this reported before and GP definitely shouldn't cause that. Can you try #1 here?

Hi, yes nothing in the far right.
I went ahead and deactivated all of the plugins and it still did not show up in the far right so I went ahead and reactivated them. Thanks for your help. Any other suggestions to try and resolve? Thanks!
Hmm that's strange. Can you test it with a default twenty-series themes from WordPress?
If that still doesn't make it show then I'd recommend bring it up to WordPress and see if they've seen similar issues before.
That is strange. Still nothing in the twenty-series. My thought initially was Beaver Builder plugin issue but ruled that out when deactivated all. I will check in with Wp. Thanks for help!
