Wordpress 5.8 No Menu Sub Items

Just updated a dev site to 5.8 and noticed Manu items are not in primary and sub levels. They are all at the root level. Is there a fix?
Once again, the problem fixed itself after I tried various settings. Looks like the problem is now fixed. Please disregard this one.
