Woocommerce upsells not working

Trying to create upsell products in a Woocommerce website but not seeing the related products as per the Woo Commerce documentation.
Can't update to latest version of GP Premium-- says not authorized.
the URL I've added is for a product that has both upsells and cross sells. The Cross sells work and show in the shopping cart.

For the Upsells, in the Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce is the Display Upsell Products is checked?
