Woocommerce sidebar product filters top of the content

Hey,
I want to make some changes to the product filter display. The product filters are now in the sidebar widget, but would it be possible to somehow add the filters (or the sidebar content) to top of the products page content. Similar for example like here in monki: https://www.monki.com/en_eur/newin/view-all-new.html
If you don't have "quick or easy" solution, then can you give me some guidelines how this might be possible :)

Then insert it using the Hooke Element:
