Woocommerce shortcodes not working on page

Hello, I have a big problem 🙁

When I add a shortcode on a page, it does nothing, it ignores the shorcode.

Example:

I add “[product_category category=”appliances”]” shortcode, and I publish the page. The result is a empty page.

Help please.

Sounds like this might be a question for WooCommerce support.

I would:

1. Make sure the category isn’t empty
2. Make sure no other plugins are conflicting – #1 on this page: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/debugging/
